How can I track my order ?

Once your order has been processed for delivery, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details in the email you used to register. You can track your order by clicking on the tracking link provided.

How Do I Return back my product ?

You can initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing us on shop@maasaibeads.africa The item must be:

  1. In its original form and packaging.
  2. Include all its parts and accessories.
  3. Securely packed.

TAKE NOTE that DHL Express will return your order if you remain unreachable for ONE WEEK from the date of delivery stated in the shipping confirmation email.
