3DS requires you to complete an additional verification step with the card issuer when paying. You will be directed to an authentication page on your bank's website, enter a password associated with the card or a code sent to your phone.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

You can cancel items in the pre-order stage, as long as we haven’t started the shipping process. This is usually within 2 days of placing your order. Do I need an account to place an order?

How Can I Return a Product?

You can initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing us on shop@maasaibeads.com The item must be 1) In its original form and packaging. 2) Include all its parts and accessories. 3) Securely packed. TAKE NOTE that DHL Express will return your order if you remain unreachable for ONE WEEK from the date of delivery stated in the shipping confirmation email.
